Jeff Flake for Appropriations?

There has been a lot of chatter lately in Washington about which Republican should be placed on the ever-powerful House Appropriations Committee. In the many names that have surfaced, the most credible seem to be Congressman Tom Cole of the NRCC, and Congressman Jeff Flake, the oftentimes outspoke Member from Arizona.
